Sunday is a very quite day in Nadi, all restaurant and stores are closed. I am sure the market is too.

It depends where you are..both the market have similar produce but Lautoka is a bit bigger in size.

I can't recall if there were flowers in the town (central) markets but there is another market on the road to/from the Nadi airport that had heaps of beeeaaauutiful flowers.
