I was Saturday. The market does't look as good as described on line. Also I got defrauded 5 FJD by a vendor. Be careful when you pay in cash. I gave a 10 dollar note, and they said it was 5 dollar note!! So disappointing!!

You wont get a better or fresher papaya than here! Cheap too! Can haggle with the locals on price but why would you. The food is fresh and the people are so nice.

We took our 3 kids to the Nadi Fruit & Veg Market in the last week of November, 2016. The market is open all days except Sunday. Saturday morning is the time to get fresh seafood, so we're told, however we went on a Tuesday. This is where the locals get their fruit and veg from, very fresh and cheap.... More

From Kava to fish to pineapple, it's all here. The sellers are informed without being too pushy. Everyone is very friendly and it was a great place to people watch.
