Lovely forest and lots to see. It isn't the cleanest in certain spots (tourist rubbish) but the rope swing at the end is quite fun! Keep in mind it does get quite slippery near the water (moss) so move cautiously and wear appropriate footwear!

This is a good spot for a break from Suva town. It is not far and worth a visit. It is not the most impressive rain forest you can get but worth a trip. Some of the paths are not in a great stare of repair, some steep downhill if you worry about those things (and back uphill). Pools with... More

This is a very organized ecoforest, very well kept and a santuary away from the hubub of Suva. The lake is surrounded by the tropical forest, there are tons of different fish, kayaks and a very nice restaurant and coffee shop. I only visited this but you also have lodging and camping facilities.

A lush, pretty refuge for a few hours on a hot Suva day. A steep 10 minute walk on a maintained path down to the waterhole and waterfall where you can swing from a rope into the refreshing water. Sadly, the prettiness was marred by plastic bottles and plastic packaging litter lying around the waterhole on the day we visited.... More

Beautiful rainforest, good clear paths, multiple walk options. $15 dollar taxi ride from the city. Lovely staff and rangers at the park willing to give you detailed directions and relevant helpful advice for your walk. The park offers multiple options, you can drive to the pools and skip the hike altogether, Many travellers chose this option however they miss our... More

Dissapointed. After reading reviews I had expectations of a pleasant walk through forested areas with views of waterfalls and swimming holes. We found the start of the first track 40 minutes walk off the main road down a shingle road. Our taxi dripped us off promising to return 2 hours later. We never saw him again! Lucky we hitched a... This place has so much greenery and serenity. If you go on a day thats not a weekend, its much better. There's a walk through the forest which is a little difficult to finish when you are walking back after hours of being in the water. The waterfalls are just amazing. Cool water and lots of small pools all over.... More
