Belarus perhaps suffered the most from the Nazi. And played a key role in the victory agaist them. Something completely ignored and deliberatly forgotten. What a shame

Passed this on the way to my hotel.Many cities in Europe have tributes to the fallen of the two wars.Just a shame that the symbol of one tyranny is memorized in the defeat of another..

This area is best visited by walking all around and enjoying the beautiful architecture and quiet sounds of the city. It was an especially beautiful sunny day when we visited and is a beautiful memory!

this city is like from USSR and square is really have smell of USSR, big soviet buildings and square. many shops and restaurants and museums can be found in same street

There's not much to do here - take a couple of pictures, and maybe grab something to eat at one of the cafes close by.
