Visited Jheravna and Blue mountains as part of a package tour from Sunny Beach. Jheravna is pretty old town, we enjoyed our guided walk. The highlight of the trip was the blue mountain chair lift ride. It was a bit daunting getting on and off the chair lift but when you are on it, it's so peaceful and you get... More

We took a coach excursion from Nessebar and although it was a long journey it was broken up by lots of stops. Our guide Maggie was amazing and full of interesting knowledge that made the trip even better. We stopped at a beautiful old village and looked around a church there, we then went further into the mountains and had... More

Beautiful scenery spoilt by torrential rain and thunder storms. Be warned if you book this trip the paths are steep and very uneven. Several elderly people stayed on the coach! But if you are lucky with the weather the heritage village with a lovely church is worth a look.

We decided to go on the Blue Mountain day excursion. It was well worth the money and time. It is a fair distance on the bus but it is broken up with a break on the way then a stop in this tiny village in the mountains. I loved walking on the cobbled streets that felt like the true Bulgaria.... More

It was a long coach journey from Sunny Beach but at least we saw Bulgarian countryside. We stopped at a village and looked round a "rich house", a church, walked round the cobbled streets, had a drink and returned to the bus. A further stop for lunch in a cafe. Then we reached Blue Mountain. The coach took us up,... More
