We have been to this park twice, once to stroll and once to run. The forget-me-nots are in full bloom as are the tulips. This is a great spot to walk with the locals, take photos and maybe, eat some ice cream by the lake.

We visited the garden on Easter Sunday, a sunny day. It is really well kept and worth taking some time to see all the beautiful surprises and unusual flora. Best part of the visit: the cafe's frappe cup, shaped like a naked woman (the look on my teenager son's face was priceless)

The cismigiu Gardens is a very beautiful park, very close to the center of the Bucharest. It stands out for its beautiful lakes, vegetation and birds, especially the peacocks.

Gorgeously manicured gardens with lots of paths and sculptures around. Just a shame it's all concrete with no gravel or sand paths. Also dog owners don't pick up their dogs' poop :(

Nice, cosy park, perfecto stroll around. Can get busy on sunny weekend/vacation days, but still worth the visit. Not hip like Herastrau Park, but z lot of coleur locale.

A colorful and warm place to take an afternoon stroll, or at any time for that matter. Public toilets available, food stands, people sitting and hanging out everywhere. Very welcoming.

It's really worth visting while being in Bucharest. It is a nice green escape from busy Bucharest streets. There are enough attractions for adults and children.

One of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest, is located in downtown! It is easily accessible being located in the downtown area! Nature is very beautiful, with old trees and many flowers! Park also has a natural lake but springs where you can take an off-water, cool, especially in summer! It is probably the oldest park in the city. In... More

Cișmigiu Gardens is my favorite park in Bucharest. It is a small park and feels cozy and has a romantic vibe to it. You can rent a boat and paddle on the lake or climb on the very small mound that's near the center. Walking about is especially nice in May when a lot of the flowers are in bloom.
