So many Arch of Triumphs in this region. Moldova, Macedonia, etc. I understand France building one, but not Romania. You can take a bus from Inirii Square, or the Hop On Hop Off bus. Not a must see. Maybe a drive by photo op

Was just restored this year. It is in the middle of a roundabout so it is pretty hard to get near by foot. Check out Herastrau Park and the museum there while you visit it.

This a historical landmark that you will encounter driving around the city. You don't have to go specially there to see it because it is very easily seen and it is located on a mayor road in Bucharest.

If you are in Bucharest, you can't miss this Triumph Arch. It's the smaller version of the one in Paris.

This is a wonderful safe road access by the park. You can stand safely at the arch and get wonderful pictures.
