The old Town of Bucharest is most probably the most dangerous place to visit in Bucharest, almost all the buildings are falling down :) But as long as no earthquake is happening you are safe.

The old town is filled with bars, pubs, restaurants and other stores. Surrounded by beautiful buildings, it is recommended for a stroll around and for good eats and drinks. The only drawback for me was the really loud music coming from almost every bar and restaurant there in Saturday night, and it was also very crowded, which made it really... More

A wonderful piece of history of the city of Bucharest with lots of cozy places for a coffee or a meal. It is too much to write about, so I think it's best to see, experience and enjoy it on your own 😍😍😍 You won't be sorry I promise you.

Hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs with stunning and contrasting architecture. But the most amazing of all is the energy this place. It does not matter the season, from late afternoon till dawn is one of the most animated place I've ever been.

There is history to be found but the main image is of the vibrant nightlife. A great place for groups to visit for parties whilst still having enough history to suit couples or those interested in the history.

...I guess kill some time in old town but let's be honest: Bucharest is a very unpleasant city and the old town reflects this. It is still the best thing we could find to do while waiting for our flight. If you are stuck here and you like a drink you should be fine as there are plenty of cheap... More

Old Town has become a big party center with many mediocre restaurants but good pubs and clubs. However, if you look close enough you can find some pretty good food. As a rule of thumb, don't go to a place that displays pictures of its food. It's fun for a couple nights on your trip but then it gets old.... More
