This is a nice place to just walk up or down the hill. It has some shops by the road sides and some coffee shops.

The church is being renovated at the moment. You can buy a ticket for 20hy to go up the steps for a view of the river and wider city. There are plenty of souvenir sellers next to the church.

The landmark of the city. Visitors will find it all here. The magnificent St. Andrew cathedral, trendy shops and art galleries, one of the best restaurants in town, Kanapa, and of course, Kiev signature souvenir stalls.

Andrivaki Descent is is a marvelous outdoor market. The street vendors have some amazing art and traditional Ukrainian souvenirs. The descent is a great workout. There are several restaurants along the way to stop for something to eat and drink. Be ready to bargain.

This part of Kiev is quite breathtaking with St.Andrews Church in the background. The quaint cafes, the narrow street, the artists, curio shops and the surroundings are simply charming and beautiful. Go there and enjoy at slow pace.
