This one is located a bit further – the district named Dorogozhychi (it takes you 15 minutes to get there by metro from the city centre). Second, you... More

This is a fine example of a Church and Church art that goes back into the Middle ages. The inside is filled with restored frescoes that date back hundreds of years both restored and original examples. No pictures are allowed but we were give permission to take a few. It is located in an isolated area away from the city... More

Well I don't have much to say about it other than the way to go to it is kind of strange to me. I went on Saturday and there a local market all along the hilly way to get there. I saw people selling everything from rages to tags. Interesting.

Unbelievable !!!! If you thinking about to visit Kiev, please go to this Cathedral. Usually tourists are not going to this place. But it's really hidden gem of the... More

A unique experience no matter if you are religious or not. Especially the visit to the tombs and long underground passages are breathtaking.

The location of this church is far from the city center, but it is not complicated to get if know how. It is one of the oldest church in Kiev and famous for Wrubel paintings. It is small but worth to visit. We spent nearly two hours there. We took excursion only for 60 Uah for all group. Unfortunately it... More
