A quick Wikipedia search shows that St Anna's Spring is in the Rivne region of Ukraine, which is about 3 1/2 hours drive away from Kiev. So, no, not close. St. Andrew's church is, at the moment and for the foreseeable... More

Minsk, the capital city of Belarus is 500 miles plus from Kiev, so I'm surprised you were able to see it from St Andrews ! How's life in Birmingham ? I gather on a clear day you can see New York !!
