We visited two buildings within the monastery complex. Both very interesting and very different. Entrance is free. Note that it is Irather a long way from the center of Kiev.

There was no entrance fee but I would have paid to see this place. This monastery is not very big but fantastic. Yes it is different and all I can say don't miss it. We took a taxi as it is a bit of the...More

Well worth a quick visit ..... very nice & unique interior. Watch out for the scary Babushka guarding the front entrance, who was growling at me, for taking pictures :-))

I liked this one. It is a little out of the way, being on the backside of the Botanical Garden. But it is worth seeing. I would recommend it.

Not the most beautiful church but the simplicity of this 1070 church and the serenity of the monastery make it worth visitong

Although Vydubychi is much smaller than the Lavra, and without the catacombs and huge churches, it is my favorite monastery in Kiev. It has none of the crowds or commercialism of the Lavra, the old original church is a treasure and the grounds are beautiful....More
