Bring a padlock if you wish to lock in your eternal love with your partner However not sure how much more weight it can handle Would be more romantic if there was a river below rather than busy road

This bridge is in the middle of the park and crosses a road down below. The bridge sags a bit when you step on it, so I think structurally it may need some work. It is now covered in locks, which seems to be all the rage everywhere, quite the shame.

Very nice bridge which seems to soar above the road was built at the beginning of XX cent. It was always one of my favorite places to walk on weekends. I started behind the Philarmony and went up through the Mariinsky Park to the Arsenalna underground station. But since it became a “Bridge of Lovers” who tie locks, ribbons and... More

If you are looking to capture some good sight seeing this place definitely worth a visit. There is a cute lovers monument nearby. The entire surrounding is very peaceful.

I walked across this bridge about 6 times during my stay in Kiev, as walking from my in-laws (near Arsenalna) to the city centre was easiest through Mariynskiy Park. This bridge crosses the river road, about 100m from the Dynamo stadium. It really is an unusual experience as it does not look (or feel) safe. Maybe it was just me,... More

This attraction is worth seeing if you are walking about the city. It is a unique place that is meaningful to locals. The views from the bridge and surrounding areas are nice. Beware of the pigeon hustlers, as they were more aggressive in this area.

Somewhat of an attraction for wistful teenage girls and young couples. Write the name of your beloved with yours on a lock, snap it on and toss the key - then your love will last forever! Though they do come through periodically and remove all the locks. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

Bridge of welded metal structures built in 1904, on Peter's alley connects Hreschaty and Mariinsky parks. In 1983, it was replaced by a copy. Lovers locks hanging on the railing of the bridge.
