Very interesting place. The buildings are beautiful, and a good place to visit for a few hours. The true symbol of Kiev.

Too cold for us to hang around but enjoyed a brisk walk around. Definitely worth a visit while in Kiev.

I think it is very unique place. I have never seen underground chuches. So for me it was surprise. Beautiful churches and view over Kiev.

This is a must see, particularly in winter so you can get out of the cold! There are a number of churches and cathedrals in the complex which are very beautiful. The museum of miniatures is also here and is way better than it sounds. You must buy a photography ticket for 200 UAH if you plan to take pictures.... More

We visited with Green Tour and their guide Katerina. We would strongly recommend them if you want to get the most out of this attraction. There is not very much information in English and it is a big place with lots to see.

The caves, the multiple churches are a must see place. The food is so-so at the various restaurants. The ice is not well attended to in the winter so you must watch your step.

In the winter cold/light snow the views were breath taken. A nice slow walk allowed you to be lost in thought and completely relaxed.

This is a must see for anyone interested in the history of monks living in the Ukraine. The small spaces that these monks lived in as well as the mummification of those inducted into Sainthood. The monastery is like a city and has monks living there today.
