This place is so amazing. That Motherland status is very nice, its quit problem get there from city centre but you can take bus 24 and then walk thru WWII museum, its nice walking. you can visit a lot of staff there.

There is the large statue and a number of other smaller statues in a lovely park setting. There is also a picture of Ukraine made out of poppies that's worth a look.

Get off at the Arsenalna station & walk about 20 minutes to get to this statue in a beautiful park. Along the way you get some great river views also
