Great views!

This is a great spot to get views of the sea, passing ships, harbours and of the city skyline. Good places to stop for lunch! Fun for biking and walking.

Went to the Bio Museo which is along this causeway. The road has nice views of the city skyline, but there was a lot of construction, so not much to do there, not many people using the causeway itself.

I couldn't get ashore on this occasion. On quite a few occasions on this trip as I use a mobility scooter and it is difficult going down gangway and puts crew to trouble, but my husband went and tells me about it. I took the photos. I have been through Canal many times but had not seen this area before.

I lived in Panama 40 years ago while this was still part of the US Canal Zone. We used to hang out here on the rocks watching the ships enter the canal. There were old military bunkers that had picnic areas that we would spend leisurely Saturdays at. While there is still lots of work going on to fully develop... More

Walk along the Causeway and it was beautiful but there was only one problem, construction. I know its important and in a little while the place will be breathtaking. The restaurants and scenery make it a must if your in the area. Its safe and plenty of sidewalk to walk or take a bike ride on. Will definitely come back... More

We visited the causeway two years ago and it was bustling with tourist and locals, shops were open and plenty of restaurants to choose from. This year it was quite the opposite. The streets are under construction and most of the time the power was out. No one was walking around and all but two restaurants were closed, one had... More

My favorite spot was at the end of the causeway. The last island Isla Flamingo. Worth seeing more than once. Sit, have a coffee and watch the world from a distance. Most charming.

Jets out into the Pacific for a lovely view of ships waiting to enter the Canal or a bike ride. Check out the yachts!
