Avoid the traffic and travel, there before lunch our or dinner hour especially on the weekends. But make time for a meal at Lenos Y Carbon steak house at the end of the pier. Also nice walk and park. Plan 3 to 4 hours

Visited during a Sunday with our guide and you can see all the locals who come for a visit on Sunday. Nice to see the locals appreciate their own country and their holy day!

Spend part of the day here, and enjoy breathtaking views from the Pacific Ocean (entrance of the Panama Canal), and also views of a glooming and growing city, Panama. Area is full of restaurants with both international and local food. A must go place.
