Wow, I had not been to Panama in many years and although this city was always a busy exciting place it is now a modern beautiful place that everyone should see.

Nice enough place to visit with nice scenery. The bay can be smelly, and parking is virtually impossible. Expect to drive around or sit and wait for someone to leave.

The addition of the parks on the bay (with the fill from the canal expansion) is an amazing addition to Panama City. The parks are lovely and always seem to be in use.

There are free parking bays but you gotta be lucky. Try to do it early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It is a 30-45 min walk and you can take several pictures, including one with the panama sign.
