Lovely, historic home. This August the garden was looking a bit stressed, but I imagine it is more vibrant in the spring and early summer. Lots of stairs in the house and in the garden.

Cool glimpse into the past. Our guide was very knowledgeable on both the history of the house as well as the Pacas and the period in general. Highly recommend.

Only did the garden tour and the gift shop--did not have time for the house tour. Enjoyed learning about the history and the restoration of the gardens from the info panels in the gift shop. Garden had very pleasant to simply walk around.

Check out the film before heading out to gardens. Quiet and peaceful area that could easily be missed if you were not looking for it.

A beautifully restored period attraction. The volunteer guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a great deal about both the owners and their social period. The gardens were beautiful as a self guided part of the tour package.

We attended a garden wedding here. This is an excellent place for a wedding. It was a beautiful setting. The grounds are so nice.
