I really adore this park. The trails go through wooded areas, a small garden area, and along the Chesapeake Bay, giving you the best of everything. There are also 2 gazebos that make lovely photo opportunities. I'd considered getting married here, except that there wasn't...More

A favorite place to take my bike and go for a nice relaxing bike ride. Pletnty to see from wild life to overlooking the river. Trails well maintained and marked.

A nice peaceful park with a great 4 mile loop that is largely shaded in the summer. Has ample places for picnicking, some covered with public restrooms.

I recently visited Quiet Waters Park with my friends. We enjoyed a nice leisurely hike, and some time spent near the fountain. I have also gone ice skating there with friends. It is surely nice place to spend some time outdoors with friends and family!

Beautiful large park with frontage on the South River. Great, shady walking/trail-bike paths (with some tree roots so a little rough for thin tires, but one can also ride on the roads). Several lovely overlooks of the river. Picnic and grill areas.

All parts can have dogs on a leash. There are two dog parks that a leash is not needed.
