Cute little boutique shops. Lots of history. Beautiful boats on the Chesapeake Bay. Stopped at a water side restaurant for glass of wine.

When we pulled into Annapolis for the first time and were driving towards the Historic District we saw the Visitor Center. They have a parking garage and so we stopped there. Then, in the visitor center, we were able to get some information on things...More

I use to work in Annapolis and I really enjoyed walking around the historic district during my lunch hour, especially during the spring and fall months.

Brunch in Annapolis, the a walk around the city dock, makes for a superb day. Most shops are open, and you can enjoy this pet friendly town.

If you go during the holiday season there are lots of lights, a boat decorating contest and a warm hearth at the Marriott's restaurant

Wife and I visited Annapolis. Easy parking for a nominal charge at the Visitor Center, two hour time limit. Very interesting walking tour. Well worth the afternoon. Outstanding People Watching. Naval academy, cadets, St. John’s College, all sorts of interesting history.

Historical District is wonderful. Beautifully maintained homes with narrow streets. Annapolis advertises that it has more 17th Century buildings remaining than any other city. Just wish they had little plaques in the homes and buildings that indicate the age of the building, similar to Charleston...More

Great area. Nice place to walk around and shop. Wish the parking and traffic was better. Plenty of ice cream shops for the kids!
