What a great week with hire car. Half day visit to KIngston and the Historic Area is a must.To see all the old history still standing with restorations where possible was amazing. A walk through the cemetery takes you back through three ages from Fletcher...More

Such a beautiful spot with such a sad history attached to it. If you can I would recommend the ghost tour around here as well.

It was amazing to visit this area but also very sobering especially walking the pier and thinking of the people who walked before us. The buildings and history was interesting. Such a beautiful settling for those poor souls who were transported as convicts.

You need a car to get here, as there are no pavements and it's a bit scary walking round some of the bends (I speak from experiewnce). It's also a long way back up! Very interesting site, but can be depressing because of its convict...More
