With a local guide leading us, four of us hiked to the top of Phillip Island. The views were incredible. The bird life was wonderful. It could be a bit arduous if one is not in shape. But the views are worth it.

A lovely multi colored mostly rock Island a few miles off shore. It was a fully vegetated Island at one point but pest species had to be eliminated and the lush greenery disappeared. It is slowly starting to return!

We did a boat cruise around the 3 islands. Phillip Island is so beautiful, and it is great to see the regeneration of plant life occurring after the removal of feral animals.

Having read the previous reviews for Phillip island, Norfolk Island, I am now confused and feel that the previous reviews were not for Phillip island Norfolk Island but instead for Phillip island Victoria. Phillip island, Norfolk Island does now have penguins, or koalas. There are...More
