Lions are just the beginning. All sorts of animals, food, information, and playgrounds. If you have kids, it's a great place to bring the kids on the cheap and spend lots of time looking at all the animals!

It is a nice zoo and through the years they have made a lot of improvements. They have a water area for small children in the summer. It's great for a family to spend a few hours.

When you pull into the main entrance, stay to the left towards the zoo and there is plenty of parking there.

I was told that my water bottle was ok to bring in, just no food. They also sell water at the zoo in the lobby and have a vending machine of drinks closer to the Lemurs.
