The work that is on display and available for sale is vibrant and eye catching. The photographer who is behind these photographs, uses the profits from the sale to help the children in the photographs go to college.

I hate to harp about an art exhibit, but there's just not a whole lot here. This is a great place to spend 5 minutes, but that's about it. If you're going to Cafe Condesa, check it out, otherwise it's not really worth putting on the itinerary, unless you specifically seek out photography. I wasn't interested in buying anything, so... After dining at the Cafe Condesa, I stopped by at this small gallery and admired their exhibits. I did not buy anything, but if you're into arts and pictures, do drop by and see it for yourself. Enjoy!

Although it's just a tiny gallery within Café Condesa, it's well worth a stop to see very high quality photos of indigenous Guatemalan children. Large prints are framed and mounted on the walls while smaller prints are also available. It would be very difficult to pick out my favorite. The photographer has been able to capture the essence of childhood... More

Cute gallery in downtown Antigua, a good stop if you're walking by. This is not a time consuming stop, it is small and quick to get through.

This gallery is a must see...just outside one of the main artisan stores in Antigua very close to the Arch. It is next to Frida's restaurant, another of our fave places. Jon Kaplan's photos are captivating...just beautiful pieces of art. It is Guatemala's first and only photography gallery. On the evening we visited we were greeted by Gaspar, who was... More

I really enjoy photography as an art form, so was pleased to spot El Fotografo whilst exploring Antigua City. The work is beautiful and the children's faces just a joy - I bought two small prints. The staff were very helpful and some of them are the grown up versions of the children in the photos whcih is nice. Whilst... More

This store has an amazing collection of photographs taken of people, mostly children, all around Guatemala. The pictures are filled with emotion and are a joy to see. Worth a stop, even if just to look.

This place is amazing, from photographs to the various staff members we've interacted with both times we visited Antigua. As photographers ourselves we were highly impressed with the composition and quality of the images and can really appreciate the fact that film was used. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to converse with. Fun fact: we... More
