This is the best place to relax from the hectic touring. Serene blue and green waters. You need your shoes on all the beaches so this is no exception. The glass boat makes a stopover there so is quite convenient.

Just amazing! Hard to find and extremely hard to park nearby if you drive a car ... at the best you go by bike 🚲

Great beach with clear water and a relaxed atmosphere. We booked a jet ski with Roland which was an amazing experience. There were no issues with our jet ski. He asked us whether we would be interested in a private boat tour, which we were....More

Sveti Jakov gets the afternoon sun and swimming is possible into the early evening. Other than the daunting stairs down (and back up), the beach is less crowded than others with mostly sand. Can pay for lounge chairs or make your way to other part...More

After a short walk from Dubrovnic old town (25 minutes) you decend a long staircase to reach this superb beach. Lounger and parasol rental is reasonable and well worth it as the beach is stoney rather than sandy. The bar there is very good and...More

We spent the day at the beach. It was lovely but we made the mistake of allowing Roland an opportunity to sell us a bill of goods for a day of jet skiing. Apparently that is the beach he "works". He promised us a day...More

We swam here every afternoon when we rented an apartment for a week vacation. The beach is pebbly but the water is pristine. Because it is a little ways out of town it isn’t very busy. Just the perfect place to relax.

We wanted to go to a beach other than Banje when we were there. It's quite a walk from Old Town Dubrovnik, but worth it. The steps to/from the beach aren't that bad even after walking in the heat. Was not crowded when I was...More

The beach is just a few minutes away from the city center (we took an uber). The beach is clean and absolutely beautiful. Not as crowded as the beaches in the city center that are busy with tourists! The white sandy beach combined with the...More

The Dubrovnik villa hotel and the president hotel are both very good. However they are usually fully booked.
