This is a must see in Dubrovnik and is beautiful also during day and night. The walk around the top of the walls offers fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area.

Taking a walk through the old town is like experiencing what it was like in the middle ages. Everything is well maintained and authentic. You have to see for yourself to believe that places like this still exist.

This is a must see in Dubrovnik and is beautiful, however shops and restaurants are quite expensive and it is a bit of a tourist trap.

Beautiful old city with nice restaurants and coffee shops (a bit pricey though). Very nice walking through stone tiles narrow streets with small shops. Friendly people. Very busy in July and August. I would go in September next time. Worths visiting!

Old town walls, small passages between old houses, nice shops and restaurants- everything makes that atmosphere I like so much.

We visited the old town whilst staying near Dubrovnik harbour - it's worth paying to walk around the walls - at midday it gets very hot (June) there are bars on the way for light refreshments - remember to take a hat and water . The restaurant overlooking the old town harbour is slightly more expensive but worth it for... More
