There are nicer places to visit in the area. This was just ok. Probably be able to spend an hour there but that's about it.

We came to Medulin for Vizules, the small central peninsula with the excavations of a Roman Villa. Really enjoyed this oasis of calm. This particular corner of Croatia, Medulin, has the same features you can find in any place in the world that has sun,...More

Rent a bike and discover the Kamenjak peninsula (National park). It's wild, you can find secluded beaches, water is blue and clear. A perfect 1-day experience.

We came across Medulin when we were looking at the Thomson brochure, particularly the Park Plaza hotel. Is there a decent promenade where you can stroll? Is it flat? My husband is elderly and recently had a knee replacement. He walks well with a stick, but hills are a definite NoNo!! One review I've read said what a lovely place it is. We'd like to know more comments. Thank you.
