We came to Istria on a gastronomy tour from Tokyo and had local guides Ana and Jelena show us around the places: Motovun, truffle hunting, Brijuni etc... they were great guides and workshop facilitators. Definitely recommend doing agro-turism while visiting this part of Croatia.
