Brits, widen your horizons! Go for a quick day trip from Eastern Poland - the border crossings are a piece of cake! Just what crossing into the EU will be like after Brexit. A must experience! Enjoy!

The one of the ancient cathedral of Lviv. Amazing inside and outside. Very beautiful surroundings. Must see place.

The layout is typical of a simply designed Armenian church but the murals inside are worth a look and more impressive than what I saw in most churches in Armenia.

Unfortunately the church was under renovation when we visited but nevertheless you could see many of the vibrant murals - quite stunning. The church is slightly set back fro the road and we walked past a few times before we spotted it. Don't miss it...More

i went it and followed the lights reflecting from one of the ceiling wondows. it was mystifying. one just admires and absorved the peace and inner adoration towards the unknown that we somehow come to know but hard to share!

A very different experience. Great frescoes and art throughout. It has a dark beauty of its own. Well worth a visit.

This church is right opposite the Church of Transfiguration and it is worth a visit. It is not large like other churches but frescos are fantastic. Yes there is a entrance fee as well as a fee to take pictures but very cheap.

The Armenians were always a big and influetial part of Lviv's population. In Armenian quarter they got a picturesque cathedral wich is defenitely worth a look.

One of Lviv's undisputed must-sees, Armenian cathedral combines medieval architecture with beautiful Art Nouveau wall paintings.
