The view from the tower of the city is the most wonderful here in the old town of Constanta. The arhitecture of the mosque is breathtaking and the rougs are beautiful and oriental look.

it's the only thing that looks out of the ordinary when looking at the Constanta skyline being its different from the other buildings that are mostly neglected or unfinished. the building itself is relatively standard for a mosque and nothing spectacular.

An diverse cultural landscape in Ovidiu Square from Constanta City. I don't know what can I say about a mosque and a minaret, but here ot goes: I climbed until the top, took some photos, come done, seen the 500 Kg carpet and other decorations inside the mosque. Nice, interesting, beautiful.

A sacred place that I remember since childhood. My parents always strolled in Piata Ovidiu, down to the Casino and right to the top of the mosq. Constants is a town of contrasts and a perfect cultural mix.Do not miss it.

This monument is one of the most spectacular in Constanta. It is pity to miss it. The stairs until the top is challenging but the view is spectacular. And in the evening the lighting is also very beautiful.

Exhausting climb but so worth it. Its also very reasonably priced. No real atmosphere inside but well built.

very nice spot and a perfect place to see Constanta from the high. also, going inside this mosque I felt a bit like a rebel, especially regarding recent populistic theories about Muslims. So if you want to feel like an anarchist or even only taste how it is to fight with the system, go there, pay 5 LEI and climb... More

The entry for the mosque including the minaret is 5lei and its open till around 19pm. The view from the minaret is impressive, especially the view towards the harbour.

The mosque is located on a side street off the main square in the Old Town. It is the smallest and least ornate of all the mosques I have visited, although the carpets from Turkey were lovely. For a few lei (about $1.25), one can enjoy the highlight.... a climb to the top of the minaret for an outstanding view... More
