Our hosts organised permission for us to attend this from the General of the Army. I am really thankful that they did, because it was an insight into the culture between India and Pakistan. The competitiveness is funny at times (who can march the fastest,...More

This is an amazing free daily event. Take your uk passport for VIP entrance and sit on the left hand side to avoid the afternoon sun . Take water and use a Rickshaw as 1/3 mile walk.

Parade time is usually 4:30pm. You are best to get a car from your hotel to take you out there. Pearl Continental, Avari or Hotel Nishat are all good quality hotels and can organise your trip to the border.
