The museum is very interesting here we find alot of remains from Moen Jo Daro. There are approx 5 galleries open other is in renovation. Need some improvement.

the place is good, with moderate collection from mohejodaro, gandhara, budha statues, prehistoric to independence day stuff. Collection of different manuscript of quranic verses. Pity the place is not much visited, there were just very few people visiting the museum at that time.

Went for my personal experience . Found highly rich museum . Gandhara & moen jo Daro utensils and arts were the main attraction for me I highly recommend to visit while staying in Karachi

No photos allowed. Harappa Gallery closed but the pre-hisotry and Gandharan galleries very good. Disappointed that the Priest-King bust from Moenjodaro was not on display when I visited. Museum does not have a visible sign outside so it to us a while finding it. There is no entry fee however we were charge 500 rupees (€0.50) for parking inside the premises. Unfortunately museum is run down. Lots of exhibitions is closed and those...More

i think closed on wednesdays. timings 9 - 4 pm entry ticket around Rs. 20 ( i dont remember price)
