Tiger Trail did their best to make our private family tour fun and unique. We enjoyed our 12km bike ride thru town, a local lunch, boat ride, and trek to a Khmer village where we had an experience of a lifetime. Staying with the local village members, enjoying time to play with the local children, and learning about their way... More

We requested a custom tour a few weeks prior to our arrival in LP: a combination of two of the tours they offer standard. We would like to see some authentic villages and some nice nature and a little bit of the city... They agreed and said this would be no problem, but didn't want to make it a join... More

We did the two days trek to the remote villages, which met all our expectations. We had a group of eight people trekking, accompanied by two very friendly and entertaining guides, Tony and Ai(unfortunately we don't know how to spell his name 😀). They gave us a lot of information about Lao in general and the nature and people living... More

I had the most amazing time in Laos with Tiger Trail. Our guide, Mr. Xee, became our friend! He is so knowledge and easygoing person. Tiger trail is the best option to have the most completely experience in Laos.

We're three french girls and we wanted to discover rural Laos. We went on a 3 day trek, which combined hiking, biking and kayaking. It was a nice and fun mix of activities that kept us highly entertained during the entire trip. We spent 2 nights in rural villages outside of Luang Prabang; it was very enriching to observe local... The Tiger Trek was great for the 100 waterfall trek and the authentic trekking through villages in Northern Laos. With that being said - the trekking guides could improve. There were two guides for five people. At one time half of us wanted to do something and the other half wanted to do the others wanted to do something else.... More

We did the one day Kuang Si trek with guide Si Song. He was sensitive to our age (50+) and fitness level and moderated the pace thoughtfully. He also had good knowledge of local fauna, flora and history. He had interesting stories. We thoroughly enjoyed the 9km walk and the approach from the quiet top end, having also seen the... More

We had an absolutely amazing time on the 6 day Hill Tribe Explorer trip. Our guide Jan (Mr Onchanh) was excellent and helped us to really immerse ourselves in Laos (and made our trip lots of fun, despite muddy conditions!). He looked after us incredibly well. We trekked for 3 days, staying with local families in remote village and couldn't... More

My husband and I joined the Nong Khiaw Mountain Adventure (6 day) tour from 24 to 29 Dec 2016. Our tour guide, Mr Khamdee Thor, and his colleage, Mr Yia Her, were highly professional and knew our trek trails and Hmong villages very well. I think it's partly because they are Hmong people. They are so knowledgable that they could... More

We opted for a bike/ hike combo. Our guide was excellent and very complimentary in regards to our fitness.......' Faster than young people!' We biked from the town.....to the camp, then hiked for a couple of hours , having lunch at a Khmu village.......ending up at the waterfall and back to town..... Very slick and well oiled machine......great organisation THanks
