If in Jeddah you must visit this area currently being revamped and restored by the Ministry of Culture. Great buildings and architecture, truly the old Jiddah, the roots of the history. Visit the House of Nassif if you can.

I love the feeling of visiting the old town in Jeddah called Albalad. A lot of old memories are there. You can see the old buildings and the antique shops . The smell of the spice is incredible

Hi, I travelled to balad by taxi on both occassions. Sorry to say that I m clueless about the bus service connecting the areas. Hope someone else can help u.

In Balad it seems its copy not original products. I suggest for this issue MAC - Makyagy - big known brands to gurantee quality

You can go near by restaurants, there are many it depend on your taste, and for DSLR camera, you can visit nearby Abdulwahed Store or Extra store .
