An interesting area to visit

This is an interesting and historical area to visit when in Tripoli. It is however like the rest of the city very messy and dirty.

I usually visit the port because it is surrounded by amazing food and shisha places. The port itself has a lot of potentials but it needs a lot of work.

Nice stroll along the sea shore, bike, jog, or watch the sunset. People watch, eat street food, make friends with locals etc...

A great place to walk by the sea. The inhabitants of Al-Mina city are great people to stay among and also to have discussions. The are itself is clean and amazing.

The place to go to in Tripoli for a calm sunset walk. You can easily take a boat ride and head to the nearby islands... ideal place to do a picnic on the islands themselves. You can fish if interested and you need to try the locally made lemonade ice cream made in the mina area... Do not wear too... More
