    Rubbish service
The most rubbish service i have ever received ! Upon arrival , the guy at the ticket counter told me that 5 rides will be closed .. after agreeing to still go In .. we discovered that not only were the 5 rides were shut, but 80% of park was !! After paying 660 AED (approx £200) to enter, i went to ask for a refund and explain how i wasn't told about the rest of theme park being closed. No issue was refunded to me and my wife who wanted to spend our anniversary there as she loves bollywood. Never again !

    Disappointing Park
This park is located next to Motion Gate and Legoland. Take my advice and Don't buy a one day admission to only this park. It's expensive and you won't need more than a few hours to ride everything. Instead by a two park one day ticket for about 70 AED more. That way you can visit either Motion Gate or Legoland in the same day. We first visited Motion Gate from 11 till 4 (Had a great time did everything) then went to Bollywood. This park was rater depressing. Very few people in the park with limited attractions and shows. After 90 minutes we went back to Motion Gate. The poor reviews on this site are accurate.

    Bad experience at Bollywood Parks
Horrible experience. This park is just short of a scam. 6 of us paid full price, when we got there 5 of the attractions were not working. With the attractions that were working, we were done in an hour. Total waste of money, do not waste your money on this garbage. Attendance shows the horrible experience, the park was deserted, maybe 50 people total. Stay away!

My husband and I visited Dubai in February 2023. We planned to visit Bollywood Parks as I wanted to see this theme park and wanted to go on the Sholay ride especially. When we arrived at the park we were told to purchase tickets at the entrance stand. Paid aed660 and then went to find entrance to Bollywood theme park.
When we got to entrance we spotted that 4 rides were not working. So we asked them why have you charged us full price and we can't use 4 rides. Also we were not told this before we bought the tickets.
They could not give us a refund and they even said these rides have not been working for the past 3 months!!!.
Nothing was seen by us on the website but the park said it was there when you click plan your day. Not everyone clicks there, maybe it should have been displayed when you click first page and also mentioned to us before we bought ticket.
When we tried to get our refund the ticket office where we bought tickets did not know how to do a refund as they had only just opened 3 days!!!. The manager from Bollywood parks helped us by contacting guest services on our behalf to process this refund.
We are back in UK and now March 23 still not received our refund . I had to send 2 emails to bollywood parks and guest services but only bollywood services replied. So not sure why they gave us guest services email when no one bothered to even reply.
After threatening to contact Dubai Tourism office about the awful experience we've received I got a reply from Bollywood parks email to say refund processed now!!!. But no other compensation about the way we have been treated.
We have decided not to visit this park again for the main reason they do not care about the customer!!!and I will be telling all my friends and family....

I went to Dubai mid January. Bollywood theme parks was not so amazing. There’s no directions of what to see. Except the times for the shows. Most of the studios were closed. Didn’t know what to experience there.

Not worth the money at all. There weren’t any shows, nothing exciting at all. Just a regular park with Bollywood actors displayed everywhere. I had expected a whole other experience. For the expensive price not worth it. Probably should have gone to legoland.

My husband and I traveled with my 7 year old son and we really enjoyed this park. We stayed at the hotel close by and visited the park almost everyday during our week stay.

We enjoyed the shows as well as the rides. By the second day my son was so confident he started going on the rides on his own while we watched. The were no queues or very small ones if any for the rides which was great. The shows are well planned and show time communicated well to ensure everyone was aware of what was planned for the day.

The staff were warm and welcoming and the rides themselves were clean and safe.

Overall a great park and we look forward to visiting again soon.

I’m not sure why someone else was saying most rides were closed. We were there end January 2023 and almost all were open. There are no crowds and really easy to see and do all.

Highly recommend as the rides are awesome - i know nothing about the Bollywood movies and it was still so much fun!

Excellent Theme park with a lot of amazing activities, a must for bollywood lovers.

Things to remember:

1. Budget travel you can book tickets via Thrillark or other sites would be cheaper.
2. Bus ride (DPR-1) from Ibn-Battuta mall would save a lot of Taxi money.
3. Watch all the stage shows, they are just amazing.
4. Not all the rides were working which is sad but go to the ones which have a queue like Don, Krrish and Ra.One

5. Zindagi na milegi dobara has a cinematic experience where they ask you to volunteer so you can act and be a part of the trailer.
6. Lagaan section is for kids.

7. Prefer not to take pass for multi theme parks as in a single day it is tough to cover only one.
