No alcohol sales possible. Suggest you buy when you land in dubai before exiting customs alternatively a bar is available at every 4/5 star hotel.

Sales are on at the moment, but as in all things, it depends on your disposable income and your ability to change countries. Window shopping is free!

They did have signs up for sales during Ramadan. Never been during that time. Sorry that's all I can tell you. Good luck
