Very high-class mall, just as the stories tell. Very big and a little convoluted with its paths, so download their map app and use the free wifi. Be prepared to walk A LOT! I found no actual order to the layout of the mall. Some sections do have the high class brand stores, but everything was spread around. For being the "best mall in the world", it was hard to give it 5 stars for this. Am I nitpicking? probably, because this mall is extremely impressive. There is an aquarium with penguins and sea lions, sharks and turtles, jellyfish, and all other types of ocean animal life, even with a boat tour option INSIDE THE MALL. There was a small zoo as well, with a big alligator and many other animals. There was an ice rink, and an indoor skiing section. Wow! Need I say more? It felt like I was in a Richie Rich comic. A very impressive mix of entertainment. I am missing well over 80% of all the other options that mall had in this review as well just so you are aware. There is just so much to do. Store variety, well, as you can expect. They have basically everything you can think of, and definitely everything that is popular in the world of fashion. It was very packed, but the traffic of movement seemed to flow well so you won't get stuck between people. At least not often. The food court was just horrible. Way too small for a mall this big! This was very packed and it wasn't smooth to walk around here at all. They did not let you eat outside the food court, so I feel like this really needs improvement if they will have such a rule. Make the area bigger to fit a better proportion relative to the rest of the mall. You can fit in an indoor boat tour with fish feeding, but can't make the food court bigger? I really recommend this becomes a priority because it was the biggest flaw of this mall. Either way, this place fits its fame. It is a must visit if you will be in Dubai. Many stores, many attractions, many things to enjoy. Realistically you will probably go more than twice. Just make sure you know how to navigate through their parking lot, as getting a taxi out the front door will be near impossible! I always had to go through the basement and that was really confusion for me personally.

The mall amazes with its size and wide range of high end shops and brand. In the evening, you can also watch a dancing fountain show next to the Dubai Mall. The show takes place every half hour and is completely free of charge. It’s better you come there beforehand to take good places or make a reservation in a restaurant that has a spectacular view of the fountains.

Dubai mall too big to really enjoy. There are maps and digital information, but with so many shops it's mind boggling. Not an enjoyable experience. Skip it. Sheraton Grand Hotel superb. Great staff especially Salaman from the front desk. ABC tours were terrific, reliable, punctual and pleasant. Thks to our driver Mr. Binu. Also to Malik Iftikhar our other driver. driver. He was the greatest. All in all remarkable vacation.

One of the worlds largest malls and it is built not just to claim the size factor but it is well designed. 4 levels of various shopping, multiple parking lots, connectivity to the Dubai Metro. Next to the famous Burj Khalifa. It is premium in every way. Luxury watches have their own section, Perfumery has its own section. This mall is almost a city in itself with movies, shops, rides, huge aquarium, indoor water zoo, Ice skating ring - a full NHL type size hockey arena. You can watch the fountain shows daily evening into night in front of burj khalifa. Be prepared for a long walk from the metro station to the mall. Also the mall is so big and so many sections and levels, it takes a lot of walking to truly see its magnificence.

raman is a superb person. awesomely professional and useful. our food was excellent and just what we requested. a great leader who leads by example, mary grace was also helpful. entire staff was awesome. i appreciate the teamwork and coordination between everyone to ensure that every client is served. we are glad.

Must visit place in Dubai. You could see the Burj Khalifa outside this shopping mall. There are plenty of branded stuffs you could find there and its huge with luxury branded stuff too.

This mall has every shop you could possibly want. It was cool to see the aquarium, ice skating and to view the Burj Khalifa. However, it is so crowded! Prices are equivalent or higher than what you’d expect to pay in the UK. The fountain show was ok, lots of hype for less than 5 mins entertainment. Getting a taxi to leave was unpleasant with long queues.

Mall is huge, download the Dubai Mall app, To help you navigate around. Before visit to plan what you want to see or shop. It’s better to prepare. 6 hour is not sufficient to move around, and your legs will definitely give up before your heart. Don’t visit Aquarium, waste of time and money. It’s equally beautiful from outside.

The mall meets all the hype that you may have heard of. There are so many floors. So many wings and so many entrances and exits it can over whelming. They have sections for everything. They have the stores from low end to the most expensive you can find. The most interesting detail is that they have inventory. The hard to find purse in New York or Beverly Hills you can find in Dubai. There is also a full on indoor aquarium complete with a selection of sharks. And a variety of experiences you can pay for. Just outside are exciting restaurants and a Bellagio type foundation show. We highly recommend. And plan staying all day

One needs 2 days to go through this mall. Its huge and never ending. Practically all brands available here. The number of perfumes being sold are crazy. The aquarium and other attractions here very good. These guys haven't spared any expense
