A unique shopping mall in heart of jumirah with best r esturants and bar next to al qassr hotel. You have the best view of burj al Arab and the gulf . The prices are a bit high but we'll worth it

We stumbled onto this looking for breakfast and ended up spending the morning looking around. It was really fun and a modern take on the Deira souks. Touristy things are expensive here, but some are unique and not available at the traditional souks.

I don't own a souk shop.....maybe check with the Emirates as to how you can get a job in the souk's or maybe just go ask the shop owner who is working there

Yes, the restaurants, spa, souk access are open to all except the beach. It is just like a traditional mall.
