This is the second time we'be been here. The first time was free as we'd stayed in the Jumeriah Beach, this time we had to pay appro £150 each for Tea - which was superb but can never be deemed value for money. But hey, what did you expect for the world's only 7 star hotel. View from Sky bar... More

An expensive activity but was the highlight of our trip! Views were fabulous and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was all so tasty and the unlimited amount of sandwiches, juices, soft drinks, tea or coffee meant that we left stuffed. Pace yourselves for dessert!

A first trip to Dubai staying at the Jumeriah zabeel Saraay was an opportunity to explore and dine in other hotels in the Jumeriah group. The obvious Jewel in the crown was the highly rated Burj we booked via the concierge which was important as you need reservation codes for easy entrance and access to the sky bar lounge which... If you are planning to get served in the 7 star hotel then its better you book your reservation prior as you are not allowed just to enter inside the hotel. The architecture and the water fountains are just amazingly built. I was in the JUN restaurant for my dinner where i enjoyed every meal they served with great hospitality.... More

The interior of the lobby is garish but quite fascinating. Tea at the top is very well done and while expensive, worth the price. Great views and service. Food is pretty good.

Took my friend here who was visiting Dubai. This place does impress the visitors. The afternoon tea is very nice which consists of about seven courses. The staff very attentive but not hovering so close that it makes it hard to have a conversation with your guests. A great place to take someone and pass away a few hours having... More

This seven star hotel is absolutely magical. The Skyview International Bar on the 27th floor is out of this world. It is a must visit venue in Dubai. The location with breath taking views of Jumeirah Beach is beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The choice of food was very good and would suit all old and young. The staff were very attentive and were quick to refill your glass. If you are looking for somewhere special then this is the place. I treated my partner for his birthday and at the end of our meal the staff... More

This is not a cheap afternoon tea but one you should not miss. 7 courses served in the most luxurious hotel in the world and looked after by amazing staff who do not mind that you are not staying there. Reception staff especially Louise form Scotland were so helpful and the lovely young lady who looked after us was wonderful.... More

We had a window table in the skybar for afternoon tea with fabulous views of the palm. You have to have a booking reference to get past security and then our taxi drove the short distance to the hotel entrance. After taking photos of the exterior we entered the fabulous lobby which was covered in red hearts for for valentines... More
