Terrible experience from start to finish. As I started listing everything that went wrong, I realized it would be way too long to keep anyones interest. The main thing you need to know is that this was the worst tour/excursion we have EVER experienced in our many years of traveling the world! Our initial driver didn’t say a word to us. Neither did the “dune bashing” driver. We had NO IDEA what was happening from one minute to the next. The “camel ride” was a complete joke. When we didn’t give in to their “upgraded” offers of buying a head scarf once they had already tied them on our heads (we figured they were including it). We finally clued into what they were scheming & I started to get really ticked off at this point. Then, because we didn’t want to upgrade to the 10 min. camel ride, they got real snarky with us. We got a “less than a 1 min. ride. And because they can’t communicate in English to explain how the harness works & how to effectively hold on, I ended up slamming into the metal part of the saddle. (This is esp. important to know/understand because as the camel goes down to the kneeling position, they don’t go down smoothly — it’s a very forceful drop down & forward—- hence the plate-sized bruises I now have on both my inner thighs). 😩 Thankfully, the pain subsided for the most part & didn’t hamper my ability to get around the rest of the trip. It definitely made a memory, just not a good one. (And, as a side note, I felt terrible for the camels & the way they were being treated… but that’s a different rant for a different day). Still… we had no one in charge of our group. We were just standing around trying to figure out what came next. All of the men working there were completely disrespectful, in my opinion. If you aren’t willing to pay them above & beyond, they want nothing to do with you. After making our own way to the eating/entertainment area, we had to cough up some extra $$ to sit in chairs vs. on the floor. The entertainment was probably the highlight of the night. The food… not so much. I was never so happy to be done & finally returned to the hotel. The silver lining is that there was one other couple traveling out there with us. They are from Hungary… great people!! It’s fun to meet new people across the world. Their english was great & they were just delightful to visit with.

If you don’t want to spoil your evening then don’t use this company. I am a resident of UAE from last 20 years and several time I went to desert safari but this was worst. It started from the journey. I booked through WhatsApp and the company informed me to be in Alwada mall at 2 PM. In the morning the driver called me and told to be in front of the Alwada mall at 1:30 PM. I was there at 1:35 but the minivan started at 2:55. After exactly 2 hours of journey, we reached at 5 PM. The camp was full of tourists. The driver dropped us in the parking area and told us to ride any of the 4x4 cars passing by. It was a big rush, there was no queue and literally, there was a fight to ride the car. After a long wait, we got a car. Moment we entered in card the driver started a very loud music and stated dune bashing. Before we understand, what is happening driver dropped us camel ride. (Dune bashing was hardly for 5-7 minutes). We saw a queue of almost 100 tourists for a camel ride. There was only two camels and those two poor animals were crying loud and not willing to move. I gave up and went inside the camp. 3rd challenge started there as we are late all the sitting paces are almost full. I asked one supervisor to arrange a sitting place, he redirected me to another person and that person to another one, after visiting all the corner of the camp and meeting four different person I lost my presence and raised my voice. Then the last person told us to sit one place at the end of the row. Each row had almost 50 tourists and only one sisa was kept so we missed the Sisa too. Then there was an announcement about food and all stated rushing to the food camp. Quality of food was worse then what available in labor camp. For Arabic dress photo suit, in one dark room, two dress was kept and nobody was there to help. The dance program was not up to the mark. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I will recommend not using this company for desert safari. My advice before booking any desert safari ask the company about camp location if location in Al Faqa Abu Dhabi (24.621545 x 55.496186) then avoid.

Worst Company to book safari. They are such bastards that they can confine ladies children and senior citizens at desert till they get their money in deserted area. Embarrassing if u book for your guests. Their license should be cancelled

I would like to mention that we took the desert safari on 2nd Sept 2017 & the over all experience & quality of service in the camp was very disappointing & i would not recommend anyone for this company. Despite of paying for an exclusive vehicle extra we were not given proper service. Also there are no unlimited drinks, the food wasn't up to the mark & it was not even sufficient, on top it was uncooked.  These kind of tours are once in a life time experiences for tourist, they should look into making the experience memorable for us.
