Can someone explain me why a non Bolivian should pay 40Bs when à Bolivian pays 10Bs. Yes you can do the conversion and realise that it still quite cheap but paying 4 times more than normal NO thank you.

The Spanish mint has been very well and thoroughly re-created for display in its original building. The displays show a tremendous amount about the methods, riches and reach of the Spanish empire. The guide was excellent.
