Football and other events here are special and for a good reason. This is the Big House, home of Michigan Football and the U of M Marching Band both of which are terrific even when things go wrong. There's no feeling like walking into the...More

I had season tickets here for 20 years and took it for granted. Later, after the renovation, I was back for a game and realized how much this place meant to me. Biggest stadium in the country and when they put 114,000+ fans in...it rocks.

I doubt the previous reviewer even saw the big block M, as his review did not mention the ongoing construction on Stadium Drive (due to be completed before the 2017 football season). He simply just just a couple basic facts straight off the iinternet. Had...More

One has to visit the stadium just to be impressed by its mere size. Indeed, it IS impressive, although I went there for commencement and not for a game. Go Blue!

We took a tour of the inner workings of the stadium and club, locker room, and the tunnel during Parents Weekend. Learned about how stadium design and the game of college football evolved. Fascinating! Got to throw footballs on the field. Ground felt sacred. Highly...More

Was here for a graduation and it is awesome! The giant screens really help you feel that you are close to action.

It's not difficult to find because it is the largest football stadium in America. Completely unobstructed view from 108,000+ seats. Super announcer and great facility overall. PLUS MICHIGAN FOOTBALL and Jim Harbaugh!!

The temple of football, the house that Yost built. Football at its purest. Plenty of restrooms now without horrendous lines. Somewhat edible food at the BBQ places. Very loud, finally. Easy access to your seats via the many entrances. Most exits are around row 70,...More

Only on the outside, and because it's a "buried" stadium, it's not very impressive from outside. You walk into the upper levels. Not worth the traffic headache to view the outside, IMO. If you want a true college stadium... More
I'm traveling from PA next year for the Michigan - Michigan state game (oct). I'm having a hard time finding a hotel. I'm not sure if it's too early to book or places are already sold out. Any insight on locations, timing etc would be most appreciated. Maybe surrounding areas but having never been there before I have no idea what I'm liking at. Thanks much

A hotel in Ann Arbor would be the best experience, now they all want two night stays. Shuttle runs from most hotels, and is the Only way to go! We stayed at the holiday inn this year and it was fine, The shuttle goes from... More

UM stadium is dug below ground level, so high up, the seats are great. If you are down low, it's hot depending on when you go. It's hard to say. If I just wanted to get in, I'd go for end zone midway up and then I'd move... More
