Worth visiting!

One of the most beautiful areas on the campus. Well worth the time to visit. The buildings are Gothic with beautiful and inspirational stained glass windows.

Quads are almost the same in every university. This one is no exception - nice stroll, interesting surrounding architecture.

As an alumna of the University of Michigan, I may be a bit prejudiced, but I love love the Law Quad. There is something so peaceful about walking through the bricked archways. It feels like a step back in time. There is little here except the serenity of beautiful grounds-that in itself is enough.

The law quad is a must see. Walk around the building, then make sure to enter the interior court yard of the quad. Just gorgeous. Then, enter the law library building. Stroll through quietly. Keep walking to the new section of the law library. You'll see how innovatively they combined the new section with the old, original section. Ungenerous.

The law school at Michigan University is stately and symbolic of its academic excellence. Its principal building is Hutchins Hall. Worth a tour when you are in Ann Arbor and visiting Michigan University

Very beautiful buildings located a bit farther from downtown. A must to see inside and out with nice decor. Don't miss it when in town.

Lovely architecture and location. Not in keeping with the rest of the architecture of the campus--very attractive.

If you enjoy meandering down the path of time, the Law Quad is for you. It is what you imagined college to look like (if you were born between 1945 and 1980). It is a short tour, unless you go inside and check out the high ceilings and table lamps and little study enclaves. Just wandering through the outdoor space... More

In 1922, William Wilson Cook announced his intention to construct law school facilities at the University of Michigan using the New York architectural firm of York and Sawyer. On a strictly aesthetic level, everything looks gorgeous in an archaic fashion. Just don't expect to acquire history on location, simply by visiting there.
