One of the best and most spectacular music venues in the United States. Seats are really packed in close and women’s bathrooms usually have a line, as usual. But everything else about Hill is top notch.
We saw the Ann Arbor Concert Band here and it was excellent. Comfortable seats, good sound, nearby bathrooms. We really enjoyed it. The pipe organ is amazing, and the whole place is just beautiful. Definitely will go here again if we get the chance.

I don't believe there are any acoustic "dead spots" at Hill Auditorium. The only thing I would say about the remodel for patrons is that they made the seating so tight it's suffocating. Still, a lovely venue for performances, but if you suffer from claustrophobia, beware!
