This was a beautiful course and a very sad day for me and my friends. The course closed in 2016 and the new owners are letting it grow up and will not be a golf course in the future. This is a tragedy for golfers.

A beautiful golf course that will challenge you on just about every hole. Yes it's a not cheap, and it's in the middle of nowhere but what a course.

Eight of us played last Sunday. It was a 6 hour round! They were backed up on the first tee but the starter said not to worry, there are 2 rangers on the course and they will keep things moving....didn't happen...never saw them. When we got in the clubhouse, we had to wait a Ridiculous length of time for the... More

Had A great time, what A wonderful course. 8 of us stayed overnight with 2 rounds played ,everyone was impressed with the early season condition of this course. The service from Mac & Clint who went above and beyond to make our short stay perfect. The only complaint they could do A better job with their breakfast.

A very challenging course in a beautiful setting. Michigan golf at its best! Always look forward to playing this course each year.

I am a 'high handicap' golfer but don't let it deter me from golfing some really great courses. Yarrow should be on your golf list if you are in Michigan. The setting is incredible - a country setting with wildlife and great scenery. I think it is a tough course from the Men's tees - it helps (as always) if... More

Great golf course with reasonable (not cheap) weekday pricing of $55. The "replay" option of $25 for a full second round of 18 after you finish the first is a good deal. Tee boxes and green were in good shape. There are some tough forced carries as well. Be prepared to lose some golf balls if you are not a straight... More

Played here last week. No water on the course, complained at the turn, and still no water or beverage cart on a 80+ sunny day. No starter, and range was not open when we showed up for our early tee time. Ate at the grill, slow service and food that was not prepared as requested. After years of playing here,... More

I booked 2 nights in the resort after a referral. The rooms are small but clean. The feeling here is a older, rustic setting but with all the things we expect in a hotel. The menu at the lodge is lacking so expect to eat out if you're really hungry but the beer is cold and reasonably priced. The big... More

From the time we arrived to the time we left, every single person on staff at Yarrow was happy, pleasant, and helpful. My foursome played four rounds in three days. This is a tough track...don't let other reviews sway you into thinking that it is easy. Five sets of tees helps, but I am a 5.8 handicap and shot 85,... More
