I am a frequent visitor to Fairmont and am always perplexed at the lack of attention this destination resort gives to the women's locker room, showers and toilet areas. I have complained to management numerous times to no avail. The floors are filthy, hair clogs shower drains, shower walls are lime scaled and dirty, wet toilet paper and a strong... More

We stayed at the hot springs for a work conference and what a treat it was! Our rooms were standard fare but the mountain view I had was perfect! The resort itself is gorgeous with lots of huge leather sofa's & chairs to plunk down in. The staff was very attentive, hopefully we weren't a terribly needy group. We went... More

I love spending time soaking in the hot spring around Montana. Fairmont has indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs. Lifeguard on duty. Even lifts to help people get into the pools. My main problem is the price. They raise the price to use the pools on the weekend. They prices during the week are higher than several of the... More

For paying $220 for 1 night we would have thought our experience was amazing but it was just average. The swimming was great, the pools were moderately clean but there was still nasty stuff floating. The food in the restaurant was over cooked and bland and for that way too expensive. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, out of the many places... More

We took two teenagers and granddaughter. The kids had a blast on the water slide and in both the indoor and outdoor pools. We relaxed in the large hot pool and also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. It was crowded because it was a snowy, cold Saturday evening in January. The warm water was a nice way to break... We stopped for a couple hours for a break while on the road. Close to I 90. Great break for our kids. We enjoyed all the pools. Large shallow area for our kids. Water slide in winter was awesome. Good price for swimming only. We would not stay overnight here as reviews and word of mouth ( my sister &... More

My family of six stayed last night with our friends, a family of four. One of my kids bunked with them to make it a bit more manageable and comfortable. The rooms and beds were fine. The staff was nice to us. The food at the restaurant isn't bad. We got to enjoy their massive Christmas tree in the lobby.... More

Please don't waste your money. Customer service is the worst and no one cares about the guest. Rude from start to finish.

The temperature of the pools inside and out were wonderful. Having 2 knee replacements this makes excersizing most enjoyable. We stayed in the water for hours and then went to the dafe and had dinner. I had the taco salad it was delicious

You would think spending $90 for your family to swim for the day might afford you a decent experience. The pools were not as warm as normal (I was cold the entire time) and the staff was cranky. My 9 year old daughter went to the window to ask if they had any floaties, the kid behind said "you have... More
