Victory Gate is one of the 5 gates which guards the ancient city of Angkor Thom. Highlights include the marvelous carved heads Gopuras and then the similar carved faces which make up the head of the gate, which are representation of both Gods and Demons....More

Walking across the bridge towards the Victory Gate, there are figures on each side of the road, everyone has a different face!! Dont walk ion the kerbside, this is frowned upon. Walk on the road. Once through the gate is a large expanse with monkeys...More

Came through which driving out of bayon temple. Such a cool sight, never seen anything like it. Loved the row of kings and demons. Also close to the Bakheng hill which is the sunset point. Get out of the car and walk around/take pictures if...More

hot spot for cool pictures, try to visit at dusk or dawn to avoid the crowds and spend some time walking around...it worths the visit and time spending.
