Intricate and beautiful, well worth the visit. It's nice you can actually go inside the buildings without the restriction of railings around them.

The pink hue of the stone used is interesting. It's sad to see some of it isn't original, but it's been recreated well. This temple is viewed from behind a rope to prevent any more damage to it. The foundations were rebuilt and the temple was pieced back together by numbers, so our guide informed us.

its a very short visit, say around 45 minutes. You can bring camera .the picture on Micheal Freeman 's book at the back is from this temple. Take the book along is my suggestion, you can see the minute carvings! Simply divine! You could combine this with the trip to Kbal Spean in the morning,.

Another favourite. Much smaller than Angkor area and a little further out but so beautiful. The colours and detail in the carvings so detailed and very clear. So beautiful.

Beautiful carvings and a lot of them in this beautiful red sandstone buildings. The depth and detail of these is unsurpassed in all the other temples at Siem Reap. Out guide brought us here first to set the standard high and we were quite happy we did. It helped us look for and find many other things in the other... More

Smaller than the other temples and further out, but exquisite carvings and sculptures. One of the best preserved temples. A must see, but get here early. We were there for the opening at 7:30am and had the place pretty much to ourselves for about 1 hour before crowds started to show up.

If you have time try and visit Bantey Srei. It is referred to as the lady temple due to its gorgeous pink sandstone and intricate carvings, plus it's dedicated to Shiva. Saw it in the wet and it was fun hopping over the pavings and seeing it all sparkle. A more delicate, small temple but lovely.

This is a small temple set in beautiful woodland but has exquisite intricate carvings in beautiful pink sandstone. It is worth a trip to see a staggering number of beautiful detailed carvings. A walk around the area is good too

This was a beautiful place with amazing architecture, clean grounds, and many people visiting but doesn't feel crowded.
