Nice place, but the entertainment is a bit dull

I went with my father and husband. The beach is among the first category. And the water is close to clear. It's low season here, only a few shops and restaurants are opened. And there are hardly any bars. Good thing is that the place is not a bit crowded. But there are very few entertainment except boat rental to... More

Here is Xunliao Bay in Huizhou. I went there in the summer. There is a large sea and there are a lot of hotel around the sea. If you want to book a hotel that is facing the sea, you have to book in advance. The day we went to there that we can't check in to this kind of... More

This area is ok, nice hotels but also many hotels that have been stopped building due to the atomic power station that spoils the ocean skyline and the near by busy shipping lane has not helped either. The ocean water is still swim-able so that is something! but its a crazy situation of government planning spoiling a beautiful scenic spot.... More

This is about 90 minutes from Shenzhen with good traffic. It is beautiful and quiet and was just a great trip. Clean sand and clean water. Bad transport links so I used I tour bus group. It has an island shaped like a lion. You can walk for many miles along the coast

Nice beach spot 90 mn from Shenzhen. For an escape from Shenzhen downtown, it really worth...As long as the traffic is not too bad. There is an old Sheraton in the area and an IBIS just opened. From May to October the place is crowed the weed end, but still quiet the week days.

My girlfriend and I visited here in and we were pleasantly surprised. Although the water quality can't compare to Hianan, it was pretty good and the beach kept clean. There was plenty to see and do, an old temple, beautiful mountain scenery. we enjoyed some quality time in a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.

Xunliao bay is a beautiful area, it is being developed very fast but hopefully keeps nice like it is now, it really does not seem like china when you arrive it sort of feels more like vietnam, lovely beaches and clean water. Good place to relax and chill out for a while. Some nice spots around the coast to go... More

In China probably it's nearly impossible to find any crystal blue sea water just like what you can find in Maldives or Bahamas.. So let's don't hope for sea quality in China, and move on to the sands. Xunliao bay has a clean, soft, and white powdery sands which surprised me a lot ! Seafood in this area are amazing,... More

still on the way to become a very nice place for vacation and relax. At the moment it looks more as a construction site and since there is no public transport you are confined in your resort or hotel.Beaches are nice and quite clean and all in all is a great place to escape from the crowd and pollution of the... View there is very beautiful, very long beach. but there are lots of people and some places are quite crowded. traffic to there is quite terrible, both to and from Xunliao Bay, if they want to attract more people to this hot spot, they have to improve the road situation.
