Blue sky and nice beach

There are nice beach and quiet water here! However , too many people ,too noisy Fortunetly, there are 10 km beach with coconut trees! The locals call it YeShuChangLang!

The beach reminds me so much of Waikiki beach. It's on the edge of the city and like Waikiki it is normally very busy. The water isn't as clear though but the views are nice. You can get a nice view of Phoenix Island in the distance along with all the ships and tankers anchored in the bay. You'll also... More

For being named after the city itself, very underwhelming walking down the promenade. Airplanes constantly flying over due to the airport being located at the North end of the bay. This bay out of all the other bays should represent the city in a proper way which it currently fails to do.

Welcome to the Chinese version of Hawaii! White sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, and a tropical climate. It's relatively quiet when you travel there outside the main tourist season, especially when you compare it to other places in China! Time to relax here...

From Dadong Bay we took #8 bus out along Sanya Bay and the Corridor of Coconut Trees then walked back. The beach was pleasant, beautiful sand and very clean. A few women on scooters driving along the water's edge selling trinkets - quite hilarious. We walked along the beach then up on the board walk to Haiyue Square where loads... More

Its very near to downtown area but the water is very dirty. I prefer going some other bay as it is very crowded as well... Its good for night time for seeing Phoneix Island.

I tried to swim first day i came to Sanya, but there was a lot of seaweed in the water so i didn't do it at the end. But there is great view of Phoenix Island from the beach!

A much better calmer quieter beach than the commercialized Yalong and Haitang bay. Beautiful views and high class hotels esp the Pullman SANYA bay with great water parks for the family . Sunsets are picturesque & romantic , great to take photos for remembrance

Sanya Bay is one of the most romantic and picturesque places in the world. Get married here. Spend your honeymoon here. You won't regret it. The prices are very reasonable for 5 star service and food everywhere you go. The beaches are beautiful. The people a pleasant. The ocean is like a warm bath. The sunsets are amazing. I will...
